Immersed in The Gulch

Between fantasy and reality lies a very thin line. It is the condition between wakefulness and sleep, the lowest point in the ocean that light can reach, the distinction between what is provable and what is imaginable or in the words of Rod Serling, “the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition.” People continue to believe in the unprovable, the unlikely, and even the untenable. In the midst of aggressive and brutal divisiveness, we long for a world that sparkles with selfless generosity and a hopeful outlook to contrast a climate of self-indulgence tainted with greed, paranoia and violence.
